Clients are greeted with a smile and welcomed to relax with the service they have booked. They can also add-on enhancement treatments, and enjoy complimentary wine, tea, coffee, or infused water during their stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities vary by position and include, but are not limited to:

  • Team work!

  • Effective communication

  • Stripping and redressing tables

  • Preparing Beverages

  • Showing up 15-30 before first client to set up room for shift

  • Spa schedule coordination

  • Time/resource management

  • Wash/Dry/Fold laundry

  • Dishes

  • Restocking

  • Tidiness and cleanliness

  • Assisting front desk as needed
